Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, phone number, city and state, and role (driver/moving company or laborer/labor group). Drivers may provide a USDOT number. You may optionally add a profile picture and banner image.

When you use the app, we store the job posts, job applications, ratings, and messages (job conversations, friend messages, and community board posts/comments) you create.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the core features of Movers Connection: matching drivers with labor crews, displaying coverage areas, enabling messaging between connected users, and sending you in-app and push notifications about job invites, friend requests, and messages.

Third-Party Services

We use Cloudinary to host uploaded images, and OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to convert addresses you search into map locations on the Coverage Map. These providers receive only the data necessary to perform those functions.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated profile data, jobs, and messages at any time from your account settings page. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

You may access, update, or delete your personal information at any time by editing your account or using the account deletion option. If you have questions about your data, contact us using the information below.
